We are currently searching for Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Fremont Plant in Fremont, Ohio.
What you will do:
- Supervise, delegate duties, and develop all maintenance employees
- Scheduling of daily, weekly and monthly activities necessary to maintain the facility and to support production operations
- Responsible for purchasing all necessary material and equipment
- Ensure safe operation and availability of all production related equipment along with associated indirect material and labor budgets
- Establish safety and quality as top priorities
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly facility and shop
- Generate employee involvement at all levels
- Develop and implement programs to meet or exceed budget requirements
- Maintain discipline in the operation through fair and equal administration of the company rules and regulations
- May include researching alternate vendors and equipment relating to cost and process improvements
- Must be able to help with machine repair when needed
- Any additional reasonable request deemed necessary by management

What you will bring:
- Technical degree or schooling and experience in a related area
- Minimum of three years in a supervisory position
- Computer proficiency mandatory
- Maintenance software experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- General knowledge of safety, quality and engineering process preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to interface with plant hourly personnel, plant management, and outside vendors and contractors
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
