We are currently searching for Plex Analyst to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. This role will be responsible for the daily support and project execution of ERP system Plex in the area of MACH2.
What you will do:
- Responsible for the setup and configuration of EPR/Production system in the following key areas
- Finished Goods Part Setup & Routing including Location, Container Type
- Container management
- Inventory management
- Scheduling PRP
- Control Panel Production Methods
- Mach 2
- Provide end user support in key functional areas
- Complete project tasks and resolve issues by defined due dates and to acceptable levels of quality
- Participate in definition, setup and testing of user security
- Collaborate with our plants globally to ensure integrated system is configured and processing correctly
- Lead the planning, execution and tracking of all data conversion and validation activities for your functional area
- Document business processes, develop SOPs and training materials, and define/enter training data
- Assist plants to update work instructions and process documentation and coordinate local language requests
- Train plant staff and develop internal trainings as required
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with Plex, specifically in Logistics/Production Modules
- Experience with layer three networking
- Basic understanding of Siemens PLC logic
