Our product line includes highly engineered acoustical solutions for interior noise reduction, textile-based and compression-molded flooring products and other interior soft trim products, including package trays, trunk trim and wheel arch liners. This is a 3rd shift position; 3rd shift production hours are 10:45 PM - 6:45 AM.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Supervision of hourly employees, both skilled and unskilled, and scheduling of labor
- Ensures safety, quality, housekeeping, and production activities and objectives are being met.
- Ensures that all equipment and materials necessary to perform the job effectively and safely are in place.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to quality, production, safety, cost control, and employee relations.
- Any additional reasonable requests deemed necessary by management.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Experience:
- Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in an union environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Working knowledge of a unionized workforce desired
- Able to work well in a team environment
- High sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
