We are currently searching for PROGRAM MANAGER to join our team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for:
General Responsibilities
- Be the main point contact of the customer and extrapolate its needs to all levels of the organization & maintain fluent communication (verbal & writing) with the customer.
- Develop and maintain program timelines in MS Project in accordance with maintaining customer & internal milestone deliverables.
- Conduct and lead internal program reviews with the stakeholders on a recurrent basis thru the Open Issues list from the Business Award throughout the program life cycle.
- Manage the development programs utilizing the Auria Program Management System, including assigning responsibilities, due dates, and monitor its progress.
- Conduct Management Gate Reviews for development programs.
- Coordinate engineering changes with the stakeholders, safeguarding the program financials.
- Maintain program’s budget for part, tooling & capital.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings to ensure program capital requests are approved on time to meet program timing.
- Initiate and get approvals to fund tooling, tool changes, prototype builds and issue tool PO’s to vendors.
- Drive to get PPAP approval on time.

Requirements
- Bachelors, required (in any Engineering or Administration area).
- Requires 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience with Tier 1 Automotive OEM’s.
- APQP.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Leadership.
- Financial basic knowledge.
- Ability to travel by car and air to the Auria plants and to customers in Mexico and USA for program reviews at least 20% of the time.
- English spoken, writing & reading fluently.
- Passport and US Visa B1/B2, preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
