Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles. With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.
We are currently searching for Quality Manager to join our team at our Holmesville Plant in Holmesville, Ohio.

Responsibilities Overview:
  • Direct the performance and employees of all Quality Assured functions
  • Ensures compliance to all Customer Quality Standard Requirements
  • Interfaces with Manufacturing and Support functions, including Corporate
  • Represents the Plant with external customers in quality-related matters
  • Notifies management of all information pertaining to product or process quality
  • Assure compliance with OSHA, IATF 16949, CNCA-C11-09:2014 CCC Standards, ISO 14001, and Corporate Safety and Housekeeping requirements and policies as well as Plant Safety goals
  • Responsible for driving Quality initiatives, PPM reduction, written concern reductions, RPN reduction, root cause problem solving, and layered process auditing
  • Ensures Quality of all external suppliers
  • Responsible for all launch related activities concerning PPAP, PSO, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Sciences, Business, Management, or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Management, preferably in an automotive environment
  • Experience with GM, Ford, FCA, Honda preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
  • Knowledge of OEM Quality Compliance Requirements
  • Experience in utilization and implementation of ISO9000, QS-9000, IATF 16949, CCC Quality Standards
  • Evidence of strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication, problem solving, planning, and leadership skills necessary
  • Strong personal computer (PC) skills utilizing Windows software applications
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment
