Auria is a leading global supplier of highly-engineered systems for automotive flooring, acoustical, thermal, aerodynamic and other fiber-based solutions for gas and electric vehicles. With U.S.-based operational headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, Auria operates 16 manufacturing, 9 technical and 5 JV locations across 10 countries and employs approximately 3,900 people worldwide.
We are looking for an IT Manager – PLEX Solution Delivery to manage our talented team responsible for deployment of the PLEX UX and MACH2 applications globally.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PLEX UX as well as experience in project management methodologies. This position will support Auria plants globally and will require the successful candidate to travel to any one of our 16 sites globally.
What you will do:
  • Apply best practice methodology for implementation of PLEX UX and MACH2 applications globally.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Define, scope, analyze and prioritize, a system migration framework working in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts on all facets of solution delivery.
  • Work with business operations to define project scope, requirements, gaps, system interfaces, resources, training plan, timing, and overall costs.
  • Mitigate "gaps" between business processes and system functionality.
  • Focus on business process simplification and standardization using off-the-shelf application software solutions.  Leverage base product functionality and features to deliver operational needs avoiding software customization.
  • Leading, developing, motivating, and retaining a high performing team capable of dealing effectively with business and technical issues.
  • Advising and assisting the Company in developing, communicating, and executing the PLEX UX and MACH2 vision and strategy.
  • Direct multiple programs and projects in various stages of execution.
  • Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigation plans as needed.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Document all project activities and deliverables.
  • Review and approve all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Close out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are captured and documented.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with software partners and solution providers.
  • Interact with management and operations leaders to review and discuss application solution planning and execution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
  • Successful completion of at least two (2) full lifecycle PLEX UX implementations from initiation to closure.
  • Well-developed project management skills (Waterfall methodology) and a record of success leading projects.
  • Experience with core PLEX UX modules supporting end-to-end business process flows including:
    • Plan to Produce (PLTP)
    • Procure to Pay (PRTP)
    • Order to Cash (OTC)
  • Previous experience automotive experience at a Tier 1 supplier is preferred.
  • At minimum ten years of experience working with ERP systems, and at least four years in a leadership role is preferred.
  • BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with MACH2 deployed in conjunction with PLEX UX for work center operations and production reporting, is preferred but not required
