ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist Maintenance Manager with daily operational priorities.
- Responsible to maintain, repair and modify machinery, equipment and facility including conveyors, automation, robotics, and mechanical systems.
- Responsible to maintain the operation of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Force presses, gauging stations, automated welding assembly, Automation and Pipefitting.
- Must effectively troubleshoot failure or imminent failure of equipment.
- Must troubleshoot mechanical systems and basic electrical
- Operate required tools and machinery with tool room capabilities (lathes, bridge ports, grinders, sanders, welding for the purposes of maintenance and repair responsibilities)
- Required to fabricate or assemble from prints
- Assist/Perform mold changes. Troubleshoot changeover issues.
- Responsible for completing, assigning, tracking of all work orders written on their respective shift.
- Oversee refilling of Isocyanate and Polyol storage tanks.
- Assist Maintenance Manager and Engineering in project implementation and completion
- Perform timely preventative maintenance throughout plant and meet target set by management.
- Act as Fire Squad; operating fire pump and monitor sprinkler control during emergency evacuation.
- Act as Plant Equipment Coordinator overseeing all plant equipment and direct sprinkler control during emergency evacuation.
- Assist in training new Maintenance personnel. Must work in efficient manner to minimize equipment down time.
- Comply with all TS-16949 and ISO-14001 policies and standards
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training.
- Must be able to work with various outside vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Authority - This position has the authority and responsibility to meet all safety standards, monitor and inspect equipment and machinery for satisfactory operating condition, notify supervisor of any discrepancies or unsafe un-conditions and to stop production to comply with safety standards, and should report any observations to a team leader, supervisor and manager.

- 8 years experience in mechanical repair and able to demonstrate expertise in all areas
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with welding and fabricating ability.
- Must be capable of reading and programming PLC and robotic programs
- Ability to perform responsibilities independently under general supervision
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Able to perform all job requirements
