Interns/Co Ops – Auria partners with numerous colleges to employ students to introduce them into a number of fields within our company. This program provides the student the opportunity to work within and explore their areas of interest and to assist in deciding on a career path. The work experience will expose candidates to Finance, Human Resources, Quality, Materials Management, Operations and Engineering.
RCG (Recent College Graduate Program) – The goal of our Recent College Graduate Program is to strengthen our talent acquisition program by hiring, developing and retaining recent college graduates into our organization. The program is designed to initially introduce candidates to the automotive supplier industry, provide valuable experience in cross functional areas of the organization and to retain the individual talents developed to support Auria business growth. The candidates gain practical work experience over a two-year period, rotating locations for a full cross functional experience while being partnered with a mentor for career guidance and support. Candidates successfully completing this program are considered high potential talent within our organization and are fast tracked for professional growth within our Operations and Engineering fields.
