Job Description and Responsibilities 

Auria is a leading global supplier of automotive acoustical and textile solutions. Formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd., and International Automotive Components (IAC) Group, Auria is built on a 150-year transportation industry heritage. 

Our product line includes highly engineered acoustical solutions for interior noise reduction, textile-based and compression-molded flooring products and other interior soft trim products, including package trays, trunk trim and wheel arch liners. Auria operates 24 manufacturing and 10 commercial, engineering and testing and tooling facilities in 10 countries and has nearly 4,700 employees worldwide. 


  • Direct the performance and employees of all Quality Assured functions
  • Ensures compliance to all Customer Quality Standard Requirements
  • Interfaces with Manufacturing and Support functions
  • Represents the Plant with external customers in quality-related matters
  • Notifies management of all information pertaining to product or process quality
  • Assure compliance with OSHA, IATF 16949, CNCA-C11-09:2014 CCC Standards, ISO 14001, and Corporate Safety and Housekeeping requirements and policies as well as Plant Safety goals
  • Responsible for driving Quality initiatives, PPM reduction, written concern reductions, RPN reduction, root cause problem solving, and layered process auditing
  • Ensures Quality of all external suppliers
  • Responsible for all launch related activities concerning PPAP, PSO, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned



Job Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Sciences, Business, Management, or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Quality Management, preferably in an automotive environment



  • Knowledge of OEM Quality Compliance Requirements
  • Experience in utilization and implementation of ISO9000, QS-9000, IATF 16949, CCC Quality Standards
  • Evidence of strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication, problem solving, planning, and leadership skills necessary
  • Strong personal computer (PC) skills utilizing Windows software applications
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented environment
