Position Summary

We are looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to be part of a team providing implementation and support services for the North America operations within our company. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively participate in ERP implementations and provide ongoing support within the Customer Order Management function. You will also be required to maintain compliance of company/departmental policies, procedures, SOX/CSOX self-monitoring and timely resolution of identified deficiencies within your area of responsibility.


  • ERP Implementation team member
  • Complete project tasks and resolve issues by defined due dates and to acceptable levels of quality within customer order management function.
  • Responsibilities include the following business processes:
    • Customer order management
    • Customer releases & schedules
    • Shipping
    • Sequencing
    • Scheduling
  • Participate in definition, setup and testing of user security
  • Lead the planning, execution and tracking of all data conversion and validation activities within area of responsibility
  • Document business processes (current and future state), develop standard operating procedures and end user training materials.
  • Assist plant locations to update work instructions and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with other teams (Purchasing, Sales, Finance Quality, etc.) to ensure integrated system is configured and processing correctly
  • On-going support:
    • Ensure timely ongoing support within area of responsibility for all supported applications and processes to ensure end-user satisfaction
  • Other
    • After-hours and weekend work may be required to support system implementations and ongoing business operation support


Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
  • PLEX ERP implementation, configuration, and support experience within Customer Service functional area.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Strong analytical skills, along with proven a problem-solving ability
  • Previous experience providing application support within a regional organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Office 365 products including Teams
  • Previous automotive experience
  • Previous experience supporting multiple applications.
  • Experience with ITIL principles

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar field. (required)
  • Working knowledge of customer order management modules in Plex
  • Basic knowledge of all modules in Plex
  • Strong problem-solving skills (required)


  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up 50% of the time.
  • 50% remote work available
